Abstract—There are significant disparities in the availability of preschool education digital resources between eastern and western China and between kindergartens of different levels, which have resulted in a lack of efficient integration. The standardized digital resources can facilitate teachers' access to associated educational information, providing them with convenient options. Through literature research, the paper found that the digital resource platform for preschool education established by provincial education departments is incomplete, with problems such as incomplete resource categories and low resource quality. Shanghai is the only city in China to have established a comprehensive planning system, operation system, and resource website for digital resources in preschool education. The paper proposes strategies for retrieving and collecting big data resources in preschool education, as well as classification mechanisms. Afterwards, a preschool resource evaluation strategy is proposed. It is hoped that, the resources integration and selection strategies can help to bridge the digital resources gaps among different regions.
