Abstract—New quality productivity has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of management talents in universities, namely knowledge integration, technology-driven, and innovation-integrated approaches. The current management curriculum system suffers from problems such as rigid structure, outdated content, single form, and one-sided evaluation, making it difficult to adapt to the ability requirements of the development of new quality productivity. Based on the theory of competency-based education, this study, starting from the theoretical connotation of new quality productivity, systematically analyzes its requirements for the transformation of management talents in three aspects: knowledge structure, ability and literacy, and learning methods. It then constructs a four-dimensional reform framework covering curriculum goal reconstruction, curriculum content reshaping, curriculum form reconstruction, and curriculum evaluation innovation. Based on this, practical paths such as deep integration of industry and education, improvement of teachers’ digital literacy, and institutional mechanism guarantees are proposed, aiming to deliver high-quality management talents with digital literacy, cross-disciplinary thinking, and innovative capabilities to the development of new quality productivity.
