Abstract
—This study investigates the effects of different types of educational evaluation on preschoolers' creativity in Karaj on the basis of survey method and correlation. The statistical population consists of all pre-school teachers in Karaj who were 1218 participants in the academic year of -2012-2011 The sample comprises 383 who were selected according to the stratified random sampling on the basis of Morgan's Formula for determining sample size. The survey instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 21 questions which was designed according to Likert scale. Its validity has been evaluated by 30 university professors and its reliability is calculated on the basis of Cronbach's alpha which is 0.83. In this study, the results reveal that there is no significant relationship between the initial, formative, cumulative evaluation and the creativity of students.
